All our designs have been put through their style paces by our very own kids for durability and more importantly funability, but here's what to do if it's not quite what you expected.

Aah Kid offers a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases.
Only those items purchased in our online store may be returned to us.
To return or exchange a product please notify us at aahkid@rocketmail.com within 14 days of shipment date.
Please return the unworn product in its original state with your full contact details and any exchange requests to us at the address provided on your invoice. Please note that items returned will be done so at your own cost and you will need to obtain a proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. It would be extremely helpful to us if you would let us know what was wrong so that we can improve in the future.

We try our best to portray all garments and colours of Aah Kid products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours on screen will match those of products recieved.

We always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. Sometimes we may have to make your product and we will need an extra day, in this case we will keep you informed on delivery times by way of email.
